How Do I Refill a Prescription?

Step 1:

   Select the profile of the person for whom you wish to refill a prescription. Note: if the individual is not listed, click the Add New Profile button and complete the fields to add the profile.

Step 2:

   Click Continue to Step 2. The prescription history for that profile displays.

Step 3:

   Check the box next to the prescription you wish to refill. Note: If this is the first time you are refilling a prescription online, click the Add a Refill button.

Step 4:

   Click the Process Refill button.

How Does the Pharmacy Receive My Prescription Order?

After you complete the checkout process, your prescription will be electronically transmitted to the pharmacy you selected. The pharmacist receives a message, email, or fax containing your order.

How Much Will My Prescription Cost?

After you complete the checkout process, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy you selected. If you have a question about your prescription cost you may contact your pharmacy directly for that information.

How Do I Receive Prescription Refill Reminders by Email?

Option 1:

   From the Refill Prescriptions page, click Set an Email Reminder. Choose a reminder schedule and click Update.

Option 2:

   Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen. From the list, select Email Reminders.

How Do I Access My Prescription History?

Option 1:

   Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen. Sign in; click Prescription History.

Option 2:

   Click the Prescriptions tab and select Refill Prescriptions. The Prescription History displays next to the profile box.

How Do I Add or Edit Health Profiles?

Option 1:

   Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen. Sign in; click Health Profiles. Choose Edit, Delete, or Add New Profile.

Option 2:

   Click Refill Prescriptions on the main screen. Click the Add New Profile Button. Complete the fields and click Continue.

Who Will Answer Questions Regarding My Prescription?

You must contact the pharmacist with any specific questions regarding your prescription.

Option 1:

   Click the Home tab. Your pharmacy’s contact information displays.

Option 2:

   Click the Prescriptions tab and select Ask the Pharmacist. Select the correct Health Profile and click Submit. Complete the fields and type the question in the text box. Choose the method of contact and Click Send.

How Do I Read a Prescription Label?

When refilling a prescription, the pharmacist will need the Prescription Number, Medication Name, and Quantity as listed on the prescription label. When asked to provide this information, a sample label is on the screen for reference.
